The main curtain is the centerpiece of each stage. It may be sumptuous with borders, embroidery and fringes or simple, but very impressive in red velvet. In one of our four large sewing studios we fabricate curtains to your individual design and specifications. We have supplied the world's most famous theaters over the past 50 years: for example the Metropolitan Opera, New York, the Royal Opera House, London and the Madrid Opera.

We manufacture up to 617 acres (2.5 km²) of different fabrics annually. We provide not only the curtains, but also the entire stage equipment including backdrops, side curtains, borders and  cycloramas.

Since January 2006, our curtains are equipped with a hallmarking metal tag to improve quality assurance and recognition of the "Gerriets" brand. All employees who were involved in the production process are listed on this tag.
