Gentle basic cleaner with strong dissolving properties and low alkalinity. Suitable for all types of flooring, removes dirt, wax, adhesive residues, and construction dust.
Suitable Substrates
• PVC / LVT, linoleum, epoxy and PU coatings
• Rubber / rubber floors, sealed wood floors, stone floors
Note: Check for color and material stability in an inconspicuous
area before use.
Application
• Preparation: Tape off adjacent areas.
• Dilution: Initial recommendation is 1:5 with water. May also be used undiluted or diluted 1:10 as needed.
• Cleaning: Apply cleaning solution with a mop, leave on for 10 minutes, then scrub thoroughly. Vacuum up dirty solution and rinse thoroughly.
• Post-Treatment: After completely drying, apply maintenance product or sealing if needed.
Application Tips
• Choose the pad according to the planned maintenance treatment.
• Use VARIO-MASTER for edge areas.
• Wear rubber gloves and ensure good ventilation.
Consumption
• Basic Cleaning: 10-50 m²/l, depending on dilution.
• Final Cleaning: Up to 100 m²/l with a 1:10 dilution.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
