High-quality projection screen for walk-in video installation

In his audiovisual installation The Tenant, the internationally renowned artist Pantelis Makkas creates a walk-in projection space in which fragments of classical and contemporary plays, from Euripides to Shakespeare and Molière to the present day, are projected onto a house construction.

The expansive object consists of a lightweight frame construction covered with 60 m² of our EVEN projection film. The projections appear simultaneously on the inside and outside of the structure, while the sound can only be heard on the inside. This creates an intense interplay of image, sound and spatial experience.

The quality of the EVEN screen allows for an atmospheric depth effect and at the same time creates visual permeability - central elements for Makkas' concept of an inhabited stage, occupied by interpretation and emotion, which unfolds anew with each viewing.
