A tennis match as a play - the extraordinary production of French Open
Our VARIO GRIP dance floor in orange is used in the play French Open, an extraordinary production by the Wrocławski Teatr Pantomimy (Wrocław Pantomime Theatre).
In the production, the semi-final match between tennis stars Iga Świątek and Naomi Osaka is presented as an energetic stage performance full of physical precision, pantomime elements and choreographed movement sequences. Without a real ball, body language and timing create an intense stage event, which is supported by an innovative space and lighting concept.
At the center of the stage is a stylized tennis court, for which our VARIO GRIP dance floor in orange was chosen. The bright orange color sets strong visual accents and enhances the dynamic stage atmosphere. At the same time, the non-slip, resilient floor ensures optimum conditions for fast and physical movements.
French Open combines sporting themes, performative elements and aesthetic design. The play impressively demonstrates how important the choice of materials is for the effect of a production.
