Rear Projection

So-called rear projection uses a semi-transparent screen surface onto which the projector projects the image, which then appears in the direction of the viewer. This technique is also known as transmitted light projection or simply 'rear pro'. It is particularly suitable if there is enough space behind the screen and the projection technology should remain discreetly concealed for aesthetic or other reasons.
