Water-based, pigmented 2K polyurethane sealer for renovating and coloring floors, intended for professional use.

Properties:

• Elasticity and Resistance: High flexibility, resistant to colorless chemicals.

• Application: Easy application with excellent adhesion.

• High Solid Content.

• Use: Suitable as a marking paint for sports floors.

• Odor: Low during application, certified low emission per AgBB guidelines. (abZ-No. Z-157.20-69, Germany) Available Colors: RAL-K5, NCS-S, Pantone, and Sikkens 4041. No fluorescent or metallic colors. 

 Suitable Substrates

• Requires Adhesion: PVC / LVT (permanently glued)

• Linoleum

• Rubber

• Epoxy and PU coatings

• Wood and cork floors

• Concrete, screed, and levelling compounds (after EP Prime priming)

• Tiles and stones (after priming)

Application

 Mixing Ratio: 10:1. Mix VARIO-LINK carefully into the base and stir again after 10 minutes.

• Substrate Preparation: Floor must be clean, dry, and grease-free.

• Application: Apply evenly with roller.

• Cleaning of Tools: Clean with water. 

Notes: 

• Substrate must be solid and free of maintenance residues.

• Mix thoroughly for uniform color distribution.

Consumption

Per Layer: 100 ml/m² (10 m²/L). Additional coats are required on highly absorbent substrates or less covering colors. 

Drying Time 

Drying between coats: 1–3 hours. Full usability: 7 days after application.

Notes:

• Avoid wet cleaning in the first three days. Place carpets after 10–14 days.

Cleaning & Maintenance 

Recommended Product for Regular Cleaning: VARIOFinish Partial or full restoration of the seal may be necessary in high-wear areas.

Storage 

Protect from frost, store in a cool, dry place.
