Hansa Theater - Hamburg, Germany

Hamburg’s historic Hansa Theater combines a rich theatrical tradition with modern event technology. As part of the theater’s redesign and refurbishment, various curtain and stage systems were installed that meet both the functional requirements of theater operations and the venue’s aesthetic standards.

Custom-made curtain systems featuring different fabric qualities and opening mechanisms were used for the stage and set areas. The setup is complemented by a versatile cloud curtain, a rear-projection screen for a wide range of productions, and a dance floor that can be used on both sides for various event formats.

• Installation of various TRUMPF 95 track systems, some with manual cable pulls, and track curves individually adapted to the structural conditions
• Complete black stage backdrop with curtains made of BARCELONA
• Cloud curtain made of FOCUS with a manual lifting mechanism
• OPERA White 2.2 front projection screen
• VARIO PRO 1.2 dance floor in black/white, including black VARIO Tape
• Additional curtains made of FOCUS in cream white in the audience area
