MEGASCREEN Roller Screen System

MEGASCREEN is a projection screen system for large formats with tube lengths of up to 24.0 m and hanging heights of up to 15.0 m as well as variable lifting speeds of approx. 0.1 to approx. 0.3 m/s. 

 Due to the modified design of the carbon tube and a simplified connection of the tube modules, the roll-up screen system is ideal for permanent installation. We recommend final bonding of the tubes on site.

  1. MEGASCREEN Roll-Screen

    Scope of delivery:

    • CFRP tubes Ø 150 mm with end sleeves. The sections are assembled with plug-in connections during installation.

    • Dismountable traverse system with motor mount, drive shaft and shaft bearings.

    • Drive unit with shaft couplings and limit switch.

    • Power and control cable, 25 m long.

    • Suspension for mounting on on-site construction. The number depends on the length of the system, but at least 4 pieces. Truss attachment with 3 half-coupler clamps 750 kg for Ø 50 mm tube and attachment point.

    • Connecting parts and winding mechanism for support and safety straps.

    • Two end bearings with winding mechanism and belt length compensation.

    • G-FRAME 54 control unit with UP-DOWN and speed control functions.
