VARIO ERGODANCE Sprung Floor Systems

Gerriets Ergodance sprung floor systems are professional quality, pre-fabricated, modular sprung panel systems that are easy to install. Both systems consist of baltic birch plywood panels with elastomer pads underneath to create the sprung effect and optimal shock absorption.

Our original Ergodance sprung floor is a floating sprung floor system designed for use in temporary or semi-permanent applications such as dance studios, performance stages, or touring acts. The system is manufactured from engineered 13-ply baltic birch veneer plywood that is finished on the front and backside with a commercial-duty, clear-coat sealer. Dynamically active two-ply elastomer pads provide perfect spring and cushion for all types of dance thus ensuring uniform consistent shock absorption across the entire floor, reducing injury. A smooth operating latching device connects panels together. Available in two panel sizes.

The Ergodance 200 isprung floor s also a professional quality. prefabricated floor with dynamically active elastomer pads but instead of locks on each panel the panels overlap each other and can be screwed and glued together along the overlap. This makes a little more work to install the system but makes it a more economical option for more permanent or semi-permanent floors without compromising on the quality floor. This floor is built to order, so with accurate drawings, it can made to fit most spaces with little alterations required on-site, making for an easier and quicker installation.
